eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
 Add the business source contacts  
  Having defined the business sources, you have to add the contacts in each business source.

Follow the steps below to add business source contacts:-

  1. From the Tools menu, select the Business Source Contact Database. The Business Source Contact Database form gets opened.
  2. Click on Add to add new business contact. The Add Business Contact form gets displayed.
  3. Enter the business contact details and commission rate if applied to the guest source. Check mark the option Include in Direct Billing if you wish to add the business contact in direct billing.
  4. Click on Save to save the business contact.
  5. Repeat the steps 3 and 4 to add more business sources and finally click on Close to close the Add Business Contact form. Note that the contacts you added are found in the list.
  6. Click on Close to close the Business Source Contact Database form.
