eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Normal Check In
            Add Other Charges
  1. From the eZee FrontDesk main screen, click on the room to which you would like add other charges. The Check Out form gets displayed.

  2. Click on Other Charges link. The Other charges form gets displayed.

  3. Select the charge type from the Charge Type. If the charge type does not exist, you have to create new charge type from the eZee FrontDesk Configuration.

    Note: Remember that the default rate gets displayed in Amount. You can also change the Amount if required. The tax is automatically generated and corresponds to the sales tax that you stored in eZee FrontDesk Configuration.

  4. Click on Add. Note that the other charges is added to the list.

  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add more other charges.

  6. Click Close to close Other Charges form.

  7. Click on Update to save the changes.

    Note: Remember that if you try to close the form without saving, you will be prompted to save.

    Modify existing charges

    To modify the other charge select the target charge from the list and  make necessary modifications in either the Charge Type or Amount edit box and click on Update.


    Posting the unposted calls (Call Details)
