eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Normal Check In
 
  1. From the eZee FrontDesk main screen, click on the room whose guest is paying the amount. The Check Out form gets displayed.

  2. Click on the Amount Paid link. The Amount Paid Details form gets displayed.

  3. Enter all the required details such as Card Number, Amount, Pay Type, Authorization Number.

    Note: Remember that the Amount is obligatory. If you have enabled the Credit Card Server (Online Credit Card Payment) feature, Card Number and Valid Till data must be entered compulsorily otherwise optional.

  4. If you want to authorize the guest, refer Authorizing the guest for more details.

  5. Click on Add. Note that the amount is added to the list.

  6. Click Close once you finish adding the amount.

  7. Click on Update to save the changes.

    Note: Remember that if you try to close the form without saving, you will be prompted to save.
