eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

  Assessing Guest Feedback
You can assess the quality of services rendered to the guest as result of all the feedbacks you have taken from the guests and take measures. Follow the steps below to assess the guest feedback.
  1. From the Utilities menu, select the Guest Feedback. The Feedback Query form gets displayed.
  2. Enter or select the appropriate options and click on Execute. All the feedbacks matching the criteria are displayed in the list. You may take appropriate actions assessing the feedback.
  3. Click on Close to close the Feedback Query.
