eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

  Canceling Existing Reservation
Cancel Reservation unlike Delete Reservation does not permanently delete the reservation, instead it is deactivated and room reserved by him will no more be reserved. You can activate it if necessary at any time.
We have offered this to keep track of the cancelled reservations and you can take measures on those as per your cancellation policy. Follow the steps below to cancel the reservation.
  1. From the Reservation menu, select the Edit/Delete Reservation. The Edit/Delete Reservation form gets displayed.
  2. Make sure that Active Reservation option is selected in the Reservation Type.
  3. Click on the Cancel. The Cancel Reservation form gets displayed.
  4. Click on the Cancel to cancel the reservation. Note that the reservation is added to the Cancelled Reservation list.
    Note: You can activate the cancelled reservation at any time. But make sure to activate it before or on the reserved date otherwise it will not have effect.
  5. Click on Close to close the Edit/Delete Reservation.
