eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
 Define the business source  
  You need to define the business sources first and decide whether he could be commissioned or not. For e.g. Taxi Driver.

Follow the steps below to define business source:-

  1. From the Tools menu, click on Business Source. The Business Source form gets opened.
  2. Click on Add. The Add Guest Source form gets displayed.
  3. Enter the Source and check mark the option Apply Commission if you wish to commission the guest source.
  4. Click on OK to save the guest source. Note that the guest source is added to the list.
  5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 to add more guest sources. Click on OK to close the Guest Source form.
Note: Walk-In, Reservation and Travel Agents are preconfigured business sources and you cannot modify them.
