eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
 Deleting Existing Reservation
  Normal Reservation

   When you desire to permanently delete the reservation, follow the steps below.

  1. From the Reservation menu, select the Edit/Delete Reservation or Click on the dropdown menu of the Reservation on the toolbar and select Edit/Delete Reservation. The Edit/Delete Reservation form gets displayed.
  2. Click on the guest whose reservation you would like to delete from the list and click on Delete or right click on the guest and select Delete Reservation. The Room Reservation Information form gets displayed.
  3. Click on Delete to permanently delete the reservation.
  4. Repeat the steps 2 and 3 to delete more reservations.
  5. Click Close when finished canceling all the necessary reservations.
