eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
 Emailing Reservation Voucher
 

          You can even email the reservation voucher to the guest. Reservation Voucher comprises of guest information, room registration details and the rental charges. You can send the reservation voucher only to the guests who have got the email address.

      Follow the steps below to email the reservation voucher.

  1. From the Reservation menu, select the Edit/Delete Reservation. The Edit/Delete Reservation form gets displayed.

  2. From the Print dropdown, select the Email Voucher option. Make sure that the guest has got the email address.

    Note: Click on the Preview Voucher to preview the voucher before either emailing or printing the voucher.

  3. Finally close the Reservation report and the Edit/Delete Reservation.
