eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
 Exporting/Importing Guest Database
  Exporting

One of the important feature of software is to export the current guest records to a folder, so that they can be easily shared among the different units of the hotel or the data can be used for later on reference. Follow the steps below to export the guest database.

  1. From the Tools menu, select Guest Database. The Guest Database form gets displayed.
  2. Click on Export. The Save As form gets displayed.
  3. Select the folder where you want to save from the Save in. Enter the File Name.
  4. Click on Save.
  5. Click on Close to close the Guest Database.

Importing

  1. From the Tools menu, select Guest Database. The Guest Database form gets displayed.
  2. Click on Import. The Specify the .db file to import form gets displayed.
  3. Select the folder from where you want to import from Look in.
  4. Either select the file from the list or type the file name in File name.
  5. Click on Open. Note that the database is imported to list.
