eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
  Flight Information Database
This feature will aid hotels those provide the transport and Babbage facility to their guests. While reserving the guest, you can log in the guest’s flight arrival and departure time to schedule yourself to either receive or depart the guest in time.
There is report called Guest Arrival Report (Flight Information) from which you will come to know the guest’s flight arrival time. In the same way, you will come to know the guest’s flight and bus departure time from the Guest Departure By Bus Time Report.
To put this feature into smooth path and work efficiently, you have to log in
  1. Airline details in the  Airlines Database
  2. Airport details in the Airport Database
  3. Transportation company details in the Transportation Company.
