eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
 Knowing all the Guests to be Checked Out
 

One of the important feature of the software is to let you to watch all the guests to be checked out from the hotel simultaneously. You can also carry out operations such as checking out, changing the room, modifying the check in details for more than one guests faster. Follow the steps below to know all the guests to be checked out.

  1. From the Tools menu, select the Guest Ledger. The Guest Ledger form gets displayed.

  2. Click on the Guests to Check Out tab. The list of all the guests to be checked out gets displayed.

  3. Pick the date from the Select Date.

  4. Click on Select to display the details of the picked date.
