eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
 Viewing all the Rooms whose stay Exceeds the Recom. Max. Stay
 

The software lets you to watch the rooms that exceeds the recommended maximum stay. These maximum stays are the total number of days one can stay in.This maximum number of days is configured in eZee FrontDesk Configuration. The Flash stay over days stores the maximum days in the Rental and Display options of eZee FrontDesk Configuration.
Once the stay days exceeds the maximum stay, the software flashes those rooms and alerts the desk clerk. Later it is up to hotel authority to take the action.
All you have to do is check mark the Flash max stay rooms option in the main screen at bottom. If there is no as such Flash max stay rooms option in the main screen, be cool, you have to select this option in Rental and Display options of eZee FrontDesk Configuration to enable it in eZee FrontDesk main screen
