eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Modifying Existing Reservation
  Normal Reservation
  1. From the Reservation menu, select the Edit/Delete Reservation or Click on the dropdown menu of the Reservation on the toolbar and select Edit/Delete Reservation. The Edit/Delete Reservation form gets displayed.
  2. Click on the guest whose reservation you would like to modify from the list
    and click on Edit or right click on the guest and select Edit Reservation. The Edit/Delete Reservation form gets displayed.
  3. Make changes to the reservation information. Click on the Update to save the
    changes.
  4. Repeat the steps 2 and 3 to modify more reservation details.
  5. Click Close when finished modifying all the necessary reservation details.
