eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
 Modifying/Removing Existing Group
 

Modifying Existing Group

  1. From the Group menu, select the Group Database. The Group Database form gets displayed.

  2. Check mark the Group you want to edit from the list and click on Edit. The Edit Group Information form gets displayed.

  3. Edit the necessary the Group Information and click on Update to save.

  4. Repeat the steps 2 and 3 to edit more Group Information.

  5. Click Close to close the Group Database.

Removing Existing Group

  1. From the Group menu, select the Group Database. The Group Database form gets displayed.

  2. Check mark the Group you want to delete from the list and click on Delete.

  3. The confirmation message gets displayed. Click Yes to delete.

  4. Repeat the steps 2 and 3 to delete more Group Information.

  5. Click Close to close the Group Database.
