eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
 Modifying/Removing Existing Guest
 

Modifying Existing Guest

  1. From the Tools menu, select the Guest Database. The Guest Database form gets displayed.

  2. Check mark the guest whose details you want to modify from the list.

  3. Click on Edit. The Edit Guest Information form gets displayed. Make necessary modifications and click on Update.
     

Removing Existing Guest

  1. From the Tools menu, select the Guest Database. The Guest Database form gets displayed.

  2. Check mark the guests, you want to delete from the list.

  3. Click on Delete. The confirmation message gets displayed. Click Yes to delete the record.

  4. Repeat the steps 2 and 3 to delete more Guest Information.

  5. Click Close to close the Guest Database.
