eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
 Normal Check In
  Follow the steps below to modify the rate types.
  1. From the eZee FrontDesk main screen, click on the room to which you would like to apply the different rate types. The Check Out form gets displayed.
  2. Click on the Rate/Period link. The Multiple Rates for stay form gets displayed.
  3. Click on the Rate Type from the list.
  4. Select the rate type you want to apply from the list.

    Note: Remember that the Rate Type should not exceed the stay days.
  5. If you want to change the rate applied for the rate type, click on the Rate column and enter the rate.
  6. Click on OK to return to Check Out form.
  7. Click on Update to save the changes.

    Note: Remember that if you try to close the form without saving, you will be prompted to save.
