eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Removing Stored Messages
 
  1. From the Utilities menu, select Guest Messages. The Guest Message form gets displayed.
  2. Check mark the rooms from the list whose message you want to delete.

    Note:

    • You can delete the delivered message by unchecking the Show undelivered messages only so that the list includes even the delivered message.
    • You can delete the checked out guest’s messages by unchecking the Show for checked in guest only so that the list includes even the checked out guest messages.
  3. Click on Delete. The confirmation gets displayed. Click Yes if you want to delete.

    Note: The Delete button is enabled only when there is any message pertaining to the guest.
