eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Storing the Guest Information of Group
 
  1. From the Member Rooms list, click on the Room to which you would like to add Guest Information. The Add Guest Information For Room form gets displayed.

  2. Enter Guest Information. If you already have the Guest information in your Guest Database, just enter few characters in the Guest Name along with the Country and click on to display those guests whose name start with those similar characters. Click on the necessary guest. Note that the guest information gets copied into the form.

  3. Enter the Identification Information if necessary.

  4. Once finished click on Save to store Guest Information for that room.

  5. Repeat the steps 1 to 4 to add Guest Information for more rooms in the group.

Alternate way to store Guest Information

  1. From the eZee FrontDesk main screen, click on the room to which you would like to add Guest Information. The Check Out form gets displayed.

  2. Enter Guest Information. If you already have the Guest information in your Guest Database, just enter few characters in the Guest Name along with the Country and click on to display those guests whose name start with those similar characters. Click on the necessary guest. Note that the guest information gets copied into the form.

  3. Enter the Identification Information if necessary.

  4. Once finished click on Update to store Guest Information for that room.
