eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Adding Do Not Rent (DNR) Reasons to a Guest
 

You may not wish to rent some of the guest due to some reasons, for example, when he/she misbehaves or commits some crime. One of the important feature of the software is to remind you when such type of guest tries to stay in hotel. You have to associate the do not rent reason with the guest for the software to alert you. Follow the steps below to associate Do Not Rent reason.

  1. From the Tools menu, select Guest Database.
  2. Double click on the guest from the list to whom you would like to associate the DNR reason. The Edit Guest Information form gets displayed.
  3. Click on Add/Remove DNR. The Add DNR Reason for the Guest gets displayed.
  4. If you have already stored the DNR reason during the configuration, click on the DNR reason from the Do Not Rent Reasons List and click on Assign.
  5. If DNR reason is not in the list, then
    Click on Add DNR. The eZee FrontDesk form gets displayed.
    Enter the DNR reason and click OK.

    Note: That the DNR reason is added to Do Not Rent Reasons Assigned list.

  6. Click OK to associate the DNR reason with the guest.
  7. Click on Update to save the changes.
  8. Repeat the steps 2 to 6 if you want to associate more users with the DNR reason.
  9. Click Close to close the Edit Guest Information form.
Alternative way

If the guest is present in the hotel(an inhouse guest), then follow the below steps to assign DNR reasons.

  1. From the eZee FrontDesk main screen, click on the room, to which the guest is rented. The Check Out form is displayed.
  2. Click on the DNR Reasons option at the right bottom of the form. The Add DNR Reason for the Guest form gets displayed.
  3. If you have already stored the DNR reason during the configuration, click on the DNR reason from the Do Not Rent Reasons List and click on Assign.
  4. If DNR reason is not in the list, then
      Click on Add DNR. The eZee FrontDesk form gets displayed.
     Enter the DNR reason and click OK.

    Note:  That the DNR reason is added to Do Not Rent Reasons Assigned list.

  5. Click OK to associate the DNR reason with the guest.
  6. Click on Update to save the changes.
