eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Adding DNR Reason to the Guest
 

If a guest commits some crime or offence, you may not wish to rent to the same person from next time. You would like to store the reason responsible for not renting that guest from next time, say for example , misbehaved.
You can associate the Do Not Rent (DNR) reason with the guest. You store the DNR reasons in the eZee FrontDesk Configuration. If there is no required DNR reason in the DNR reasons list, you can add new DNR reason and associate with the guest. Follow the steps below to associate DNR reason to the guest.
  1. From the eZee FrontDesk main screen, click the room, whose guest you would like to add DNR reason. The Check Out form gets displayed.

  2. Click on DNR Reasons option. The Add DNR Reason for the Guest form gets displayed.

  3. Select the DNR reason from the Do Not Rent Reasons List and click on Assign. Note that the reason is added to the Do Not Rent Reasons Assigned list.
    Note: If you want to remove the assigned DNR reason, select the DNR Reason from the Do Not Rent Reasons Assigned list and click on Remove.

  1. If you want to add new DNR Reason, click on the Add DNR and enter new DNR reason.

  2. Click OK to close the Add DNR Reason for the Guest form. Note that the DNR reason is added to the list.

  3. Click on Update to save the changes and close the Check Out form.
