eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Adding New Guest
 

                   The software lets you store more guest’s details apart from the checked in guest for later reference so that you need not enter the whole Guest Information every time he checks in. All he required to do is enter few characters and browse for the guest. All similar guests will be displayed and you have to select the required one This is one of the additional facility provided by the software.
                   Guest Database will come into picture when you are emailing the guests.

Follow the steps below to add guest details.

  1. From the Tools menu, select the Guest Database. The Guest Database form gets displayed.

  2. Click on Add. The Add Guest Information form gets displayed.

  3. Enter all guest's details.

    Note: Remember that the Last Name, First Name and ID Number are obligatory.

  4. Click on Save to save the guest.

  5. Repeat the steps 2 to 4 for adding more guests.

  6. Click on Close to close Guest Database form.
