eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Group Check In
 

There are chances for two types of expenses to occur in Group. One is at Group level represented as G and other is at Room level represented as R. You can maintain expenses occurred at both levels and later collect the amount at both the levels.

  1. From the Group menu, select the Check In list. The Check In form gets displayed.

  2. Select the Group and click Continue. The Group Operation form gets displayed.

  3. Click on the Other Charges link. The Charges Information form gets displayed.
    Group Level

  4. Check mark the rooms from the Available Rooms list.

  5. Select the Charge Type and enter Amount.

  6. Click on Assign. The charge will be added to the Selected Rooms list.
    Room Level

  7. Double click on the room in the Available Room list. The Other Charges for Room: Room Number form gets displayed.

  8. Select the Charge Type and enter Amount.

    Note: If you want to add at Group level, check mark Add at Group Level.

  9. Click on Add. The Charge will be added to the list. Click Close to close the Other Charges for Room: Room Number.

    Note: That the charge is added to the previous charge total of the room in the Available Room List.

  10. Click on Ok to save and close Charges Information.

Alternate way to add at Room level

  1. From the eZee FrontDesk main screen click on the room to which you would like to add other charges. The Check Out form gets displayed.

  2. Click on the Other Charges link. The Other Charges form gets displayed.

  3. Select the Charge Type, edit Amount if necessary and click on Add.

  4. Click on Close to close the Other Charges. Note that there is change in the other charges.

  5. Click on Update to save the changes.

    Note: If you want add the other charges to other rooms in the group, click on the Group Member link and select the room from the list before you update. The software itself will ask you the confirmation message before switching to other room.
