eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
 Change Year
 

You can easily switch/toggle between the years. But remember that there should exist year to switch between. As you cannot view two years simultaneously, you have to switch between the years. But no operation can be carried for the previous year. Therefore none of the control is enabled on the toolbar except the Exit. The operations can be carried out only in the current year. Follow the steps below to switch between the years.

  1. From the File menu, select Change Year. The Change Year form gets displayed.

  2. Select the year you want to switch to from the Year list.

  3. The confirmation message gets displayed. Click Yes to switch the year.
