eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Changing the Room Status
 

You can set the status of room as Cleaned once it is Check Out. In the same way , you can set it back to vacant when it has got cleaned.
You can also directly change the check in status of the room to Check Out. But remember that you can set the check out status only when there is no balance pertaining to that check in. Thus the software enables the desk clerk to carry out reliable operations faster. Follow the steps below to change the status of room.

  1. From the Tools menu, select the Change Room Status or click on Room Status of toolbar . The Change Room Status form gets displayed.

  2. You have Check in, Check Out, Clean , Vacant lists. Select the room whose status you want to change.

  3. Click on the status buttons. The room moves to the changed status list. Suppose if you want to change the status to clean, click on Clean.

  4. Click OK to save the status change.
