eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
 Direct Billing
 

One of the important feature of software is Direct Billing. You can later collect the money from the corporation or person at a time. All you have to do is be cautious of the right person before direct billing. Follow the steps below for Direct Billing.

  1. From the eZee FrontDesk main screen, click on the room to which you would like to Direct Bill. The CheckOut form gets displayed.

  2. Click on the Amount Paid link. The Amount Paid Details form gets displayed.

  3. Click on the Direct Billing tab.

  4. Select the Account Name from the list.

  5. Enter the Amount you direct bill.

  6. Click on Add. Note that the amount is added to the list.

  7. Click on Close to close the Amount Paid Details.

  8. Finally, click on Check Out.
