eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
 Disable an Account
 

You can easily disable the account and once you disable the account no further direct billing can be done for that account. Follow the steps below to disable the account.

  1. From the Tools menu, select the Direct Billing Account Database. The Direct Billing Account Database form gets displayed.

  2. Select the company you want to disable from the Account list and click on Edit. The Edit Account form gets displayed.

  3. Check mark Inactive Account.

  4. Click on Update to save the changes. Note that the Status of Company changes to Inactive.

  5. Click on Close to close the Direct Billing Account Database.
