eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
 Guest Ledger
 

One of the important feature of the software is to let you have quick watch and get the idea of guest details such as
• Total Number of guests present in the hotel from the Inhouse Guests.
• Total Number of guests expected to check out from Guests To Check Out.
• Total number of guests checked out on the current day.
• Total number of guests reserved for the current day
Along with the guest details simultaneously. Apart from these you can carry out operations such as checking out, modifying the guest details, etc for more than one guest faster. You can also have faster glance at amount paid details, Check In details etc. Follow the steps below to open the guest ledger.

  1. From the Tools menu, select the Guest Ledger. The Guest Ledger form gets displayed.

  2. Switch between the tabs to view the Guest details for the day.
    Note: If you want to edit some information double click on the guest from the list.
