eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 How to check in the Reserved Guest ?
 
  1. From the Reservation menu, select the Edit/Delete Reservation or click on the dropdown menu of Reservation on toolbar and select Edit/Delete Reservation. The Edit/Delete Reservation form gets displayed.
  2. Select the guest whom you want to check in from the list.
  3. Click on the Chk-In or right click on the guest and select the Check In. The Check In form gets displayed.
  4. Click on Check In to check in the guest.
  5. Click on Close to close the Edit/Delete Reservation form.

    Note: Remember that the guests cannot be checked in prior to their reserved dates.
