eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Inserting a Transaction
 

Generally the rooms can be rented for the current day. That is the software will not let you to check in the guests in previous days. But you can store the rental transactions pertaining to previous days. You have to store the check in and check out date of the transaction along with the details such as room number, rate type, rate. Remember that these details are obligatory. Follow the steps below to insert transaction.

  1. From the Tools menu, select the Manage Transaction and click on Insert Transaction. The Insert Transaction form gets displayed.

  2. Select the CheckIn Date, CheckOut Date of the guest.

  3. Select the room that the guest stayed in from the Available Rooms list.

  4. Select the Rate Type you applied. Note that the Days and Rate associated with the rate type is displayed.

  5. Click on Ok. The Insert Transaction form gets displayed.

  6. Enter all the necessary details and click on Check In to store the transaction.
