eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
 Knowing all the in House Guest
 

One of the important features of the software is to let you to watch all the inhouse guests at the hotel simultaneously. You can also carry out operations such as checking out, changing the room, modifying the check in details for more than one guests faster. Note that in the guest ledger you can have glance at more than one guest detail simultaneously along with the room number. Follow the steps below to watch inhouse guests.

  1. From the Tools menu, select the Guest Ledger. The Guest Ledger form gets displayed.

  2. Click on the In House Guests tab. The list of inhouse guests gets displayed.

  3. Pick the date from the Select Date.

  4. Click on Select to display the details of the picked date.
