eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Restoring  Transaction
 

One of the important feature of the software is to safeguard your data or the security it provides to the data and transactions. Therefore the software enables you to restore the transaction if accidentally you delete the data. The default path and file where the deleted transactions are backed up is C:\PROGRAM\FILES\eZee\eZee FrontDesk\eZeeBACKUP. If you have stored the transactions in some other location, you have to explicitly specify the back up folder in Restore Folder. Follow the steps below to restore the transaction.

  1. From the Tools menu, select the Manage Transaction and then click on Redo Transaction. The Redo Transaction form gets displayed.

  2. Click on Browse, select the folder and click on OK. Make sure that you have selected the subfolder eZeeBACKUP. (Default path is C:\PROGRAM\FILES\eZee\eZee FrontDesk\eZeeBACKUP)

  3. Select the search criteria either by Year & Month or by Date and accordingly select the value from the adjacent side.

  4. Enter the Guest Name if you are searching for some guest and click on Find. The guest details gets displayed in the list.

  5. Check mark the guest you want to restore from the list.

  6. Click on Redo. The transaction gets restored.
