eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
  Bulk Room Rate Operation
You can change the rates of many rooms at once based on room types and rate types without changing it individually for each room. Hence it has got name Bulk Room Rate Operation. Follow the steps below to change the room rates in bulk.
  1. From the Rooms menu, select the Bulk Room Rate Operation. The Apply Rate to Multiple Rooms form gets displayed.
  2. Select the Room Type and Rate Type. Accordingly rooms are displayed in the Room Selection list.
  3. Check mark the desired rooms from the Room Selection list.
  4. Check mark the Rate if you desire to change the rate and enter the rate in the adjacent text box. Follow the same for Extra Adult and Extra Child.
  5. Click on Update to apply the changes. Note that the changes are applied to the selected rooms from the list.
  6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 to change more room types and rate types.
  7. Click on Close to close the Apply Rate to Multiple Rooms form.
