eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Changing Desk Clerks/Password of Existing Desk Clerk  
  The following steps are applicable only to the Admin.
  1. From Configuration menu , select Desk Clerks. The Desk Clerks form gets displayed.
  2. Select the desk clerk whose name/password is to be modified from the Desk Clerks list.
  3. Click on Edit. The Edit Desk Clerk form gets displayed.
  4. Place the cursor on the User Name edit box and make changes to the user if required.
  5. Place the cursor on the Password edit box and make changes to the password if required.
  6. Click on OK to save the changes.
  7. Repeat steps 2 to 5 for modifying more desk clerks.
  8. Click on OK when finished modifying the password.
    Note: Remember that only the Admin can create new Desk Clerks..
