eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Changing the Existing Charge Type  
 
  1. From the Configuration menu, select the Other Charges. The Other Charges form gets displayed.
  2. Select the charge type to be modified from the Charge Type list.
  3. Place the cursor on the Charge Type edit box and make changes if required.
  4. Place the cursor on the Default Rate edit box and make changes if required.
  5. Check mark Taxable / Always Charge / Charge to Reoccur depending on your requirement.
  6. Click on Update to save the changes.
  7. Repeat the steps 2 to 6 to modify more other charges.
  8. Click OK when finished modifying all the charge types.
    Note: Remember that either Always Charge or Charge to Reoccur can be check marked at a time as both the conditions cannot be applied. Therefore to check mark one of the option, you have to uncheck the other option.
