eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Changing the Privileges of Desk Clerk  
  The following steps are applicable only to the Admin.
  1. From Configuration menu , select Desk Clerks. The Desk Clerks form gets displayed.
  2. Select the desk clerk whose privileges is to be modified from the Desk Clerks list.
  3. Click on Edit. The Edit Desk Clerk form gets displayed.
  4. Check mark the privileges you would like to assign to the desk clerk and uncheck those privileges which you would like to deprive off.
  5. Click OK to save the changes.
  6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 to modify the privileges of more desk clerks.
  7. Click OK when finished modifying all the desk clerks.
    Note: Remember that only the Admin can change the privileges of existing desk clerks and the privileges of Admin cannot be changed.
