The software lets you to
store the identification id of the guests while check in as a safety
measure to avoid problems later. It is preconfigured with identification
types such as Driver License, Passport, State ID. You can add more
identification types for identification. Remember that storing
identification id for the guest is optional, but it is one of the
security provided by the software. Follow the steps below to add new
identification types.

From the Configuration
menu, select the Identification Types. The Identification Types form
gets displayed. Note that the Driver license, Passport and State ID
are preconfigured.

Click on Add or hit
Enter to create new identification type. The Add Identification Type
form gets displayed.

Enter the
Identification Type. It can be alphanumeric and should not exceed 35
characters. Remember that characters such as #, %, ‘, “ are not
allowed.

Click OK to save the
changes.

Repeat steps 2 to 4 to
create more new identification types.

Click OK when finished
entering all the identification types.
