eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Creating New Column Types  
 

You have to define the column operations that are assigned to the groups. The software is preconfigured with column operations such as Bathrooms, Towels, Bed Sheets etc . You can modify them. You can define maximum of eight different column operations.
Follow the steps below to define the columns operations.

  1. From the Miscellaneous menu, select House Keeping.

  2. Select the Columns Heading. The House Keeping Columns Heading form gets displayed.

  3. Click Add or hit Enter. The Add Column Heading form gets displayed.

  4. Enter the Column Heading. It can be alphanumeric and should not exceed 35 characters. Remember that special characters such as #, ‘, “, % are not allowed.

  5. Click OK to save the column operation.

  6. Repeat the steps 3 to 5 to add more column operations.

    Note: Remember as you set the path, the set path is displayed at the bottom.
  7. Click OK when you finish adding more column headings.
