A single person cannot
perform all the task involving dusting, washing, cleaning etc. Therefore
groups of persons are created so that tasks are assigned to these groups
and it becomes easy to manage the house keepers. For example the
software is preconfigured with two group types namely weekday and
weekend. Weekday group may be assigned daily routine task and on
weekends there may be an extra group naming Weekends that may be
assigned weekly routine task. You can create more similar groups. But
see that the group names are simple. Follow the steps below to create
new group types.

From the Miscellaneous
menu, select House Keeping.

Select Group Types. The
House Keeping Group Types form gets displayed.

Click Add or hit Enter.
The Add Group Type form gets displayed.

Enter the Group type.
It can be alphanumeric and should not exceed 35 characters. Remember
that special characters such as #, ‘, “, % are not allowed.

Click OK to save the
group type.

Repeat steps 3 to 5 to
add more Group Types.

Click OK when you
finish creating all the group types.
