eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

  Creating Receivable Categories
The software lets you to keep track of all the payments that you have received. You have to define the categories under which you can log in like received payments. The categories definition enables you to easily manage the accounts receivable.
You can only configure the categories in configuration. You can log in the received accounts in FrontDesk. Follow the steps below to define the categories of accounts receivable.
  1. From the Miscellaneous menu, select the Expense Management.
  2. Select the Categories (Receivable). The Categories (Receivable) form gets displayed.
  3. Click on Add. The Add Category form gets displayed.
  4. Enter the Category and click on OK. Note that the category is added to the categories list.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for adding more categories.
  6. Click on OK to close Categories (Receivable) form.
