Guest Rental options are the important feature provided by the software which is enabled during the check in of the guest. The features lets you to know the rate at which the guest was charged as well as the room he stayed in his previous stay if he is an old guest. Follow the steps below to apply the features.

1. From the Miscellaneous menu, select the Rental And Display Options. The Rental and Display Options form gets displayed.
2. Go to Rental Option tab and check mark the Remember rate for customers option if you want to display the rate at which the guest was rented in his previous stay during check in. The software asks you a question, if you want to charge the same rate of his previous stay during check in. Go for yes if you want to apply the same rate.

   Note: Remember that check marking this option will have effect only in the Front Desk at the time of check in.

3. Check mark the Remember room number of customers option if you want to display the room in which guest stayed in his previous stay during check in.

4. Click OK when finished setting the options as per requirements.
