eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
 Duplicate Rooms from Existing Rooms  
  The software enables you to copy details of existing rooms such as room type, rates of various rate types while creating new rooms saving the manpower and time. Follow the steps below to copy the rooms.
  1. From the Room menu select the Room Operation or click the Room operations on the toolbar. The Room Operation form gets displayed.
  2. Click on the Copy Rooms. The Copy Room form gets displayed.
  3. Select the room type to be copied from the Room Type list.
  4. Select the room number/name whose rates has to be copied from the list.
  5. Select the Range or Specific room option depending on your necessity.
  • If you select the Range option, fill the From box with the room number from that it has to copy and also fill the To box with the room number till where it has to copy.
    Note: Remember that the From box and To box accept only the numbers and not the alphabets.
  • If you select the Specific room option, enter the rooms names/numbers separated by commas.
    Note: Remember that you can enter alphanumeric room numbers. Characters such as #, ‘ , “, % are not allowed.
  1. Select the date from when the rooms gets added.
  2. Click on the Make Room to create new rooms.
  3. Repeat steps 3 to 6 for copying more rooms.
  4. Click on Close when finished copying the rooms.
