eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Managing Payable Categories  
 

Changing the category

  1. From the Miscellaneous menu, select the Expense Management.
  2. Select the Categories. The Expense Management-Categories form gets displayed.
  3. Select the category from the Categories list that you want to modify.
  4. Place your cursor on the Category edit box and make changes to the category.
  5. Click Update to save the changes.
  6. Repeat the steps 3 to 5 to modify more categories.
  7. Click OK when finished modifying all the necessary categories.

Removing the category

  1. From the Miscellaneous menu, select the Expense Management.
  2. Select the Categories. The Expense Management-Categories form gets displayed.
  3. Check mark those categories that you want to remove from the Categories list.
  4. Click Delete to remove the category. The Confirmation message gets displayed. Click Yes to remove the category.
  5. Repeat the steps 3 and 4 to delete more.
  6. Click OK when finished removing the necessary categories.
