eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
 Managing Group Type  
  Changing the Group Type
  1. From the Miscellaneous menu, select House Keeping.
  2. Select Group Types. The House Keeping Group Types form gets displayed.
  3. Select the group type to be modified from the Group Types list.
  4. Place your cursor on Group Type edit box and makes changes to the group type.
  5. Click on Update to save the changes.
  6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 to change more group types.
  7. Click OK when finished modifying all the necessary group types.

Removing the Group Type

  1. From the Miscellaneous menu, select House Keeping.
  2. Select Group Types. The House Keeping Group Types form gets displayed.
  3. Check mark those group types to be removed from the Group Types list.
  4. Click on Delete. The confirmation message gets displayed. Click Yes to remove the group type.
  5. Repeat the steps 3 and 4 if you want to remove more group types.
  6. Click OK when finished removing all the required group types.
