eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Managing the Column Types  
  Changing the Columns
  1. From the Miscellaneous menu, select House Keeping.
  2. Select the Columns Heading. The House Keeping Columns Heading form gets displayed.
  3. Select the column you want to modify from the Column Types list.
  4. Place your cursor on the Column Type edit box and make changes to the column type.
  5. Click Update to save the changes.
  6. Repeat the steps 3 to 5 to change more column types.
  7. Click OK when finished changing all the necessary column types

Removing Columns

  1. From the Miscellaneous menu, select House Keeping.
  2. Select the Columns Heading. The House Keeping Columns Heading form gets displayed.
  3. Check mark the columns you want to remove from the Column Types list.
  4. Click on Delete. The confirmation message gets displayed. Click Yes to delete the column.
  5. Repeat the steps 3 and 4 to remove more column types.
  6. Click OK when finished removing all the necessary column types.
