eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 

 Modifying the Room Status Color  
 

Room Status color are used to distinguish the status of each room in the Front desk from the Main Screen itself. Even though the status colors are reflected only in the Front desk instead of Configuration, you have to change the status color in the configuration only. Follow the steps given below to change the status color.

  1. Select the Room Status Color from the Configuration menu. The Room Status Color form gets displayed.
  2. Click on the colored area to change the color.
  3. Select the color you want to change to.
  4. Click on the OK to return to Room Status color form.
  5. Click on OK to apply the status color changes.
    Note: Remember that you can change the Room Status Color to default settings by clicking on the Default .
