eZee FrontDesk Usage

eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

Define Items Rate

From the Configuration menu, select the Item Rate and Tax. The Item Rate Information form gets displayed.
Click on the Define Items Rate tab.
Select the Category.
Select the item from the Items list and enter the Item Code.

Note: Two items in a category cannot have same code
Set various rates for the item and click on Save.

Note: The blue color Rate edit box implies the default rate applied. To change this, refer Set Default Rate.
Repeat the steps 3 to 5 to set the code and rates for other items in each category.
