eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
  Department Master

You can define various departments whose items participate in the sales or purchase and required stock maintenance. The system is preconfigured with department Central Store. If you do not have various departments, you can consider the Central Store as the sole department.

Here you will find the list of all departments. You can

  1. Add new department (Click on Add).

  2. Modify existing department (Select the department, make modification in the Department edit box and click on Update)

  3. Delete existing department (Select the department and click on Delete).
