eZee FrontDesk Usage
eZee FrontDesk is used by diffrent properties in diffrent manner. Thus it can be classifed as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

 
  POS Users
You will find a list of all the users. You will have Admin as preconfigured user with full operational rights.

You can create new user and assign the privileges to the user to restrict the unauthorized access to some of the functionalities or operations. Admin has got all the privileges and neither you can remove the privileges nor add the privileges to Admin. You need to select the categories the user will have access to as well as you need to assign the privileges to the user, so that he will be privileged to do only those tasks.

You can
  1. Add new user (Click on Add).
  2. Modify existing user (Select the user from the list and click on Edit).
  3. Delete existing user (Check mark the user from the list and click on Delete).
