» Tax Name – Name of rental tax that will be displayed on front section of website. Ex. Vat Tax

» Tax Rate – Rate of Tax which is applied on total room sales. Considered in % Ex. 4%

◊ Non Rental Taxes [Only if you want to apply taxes on reservation]

» Tax name - Name of non rental tax that will be displayed on front section of Website.
» Tax Rate - Rate of Tax which is applied on other charges. [Considered in %]

»  Base Adult – Base Occupancy of total adult per room [Example. 2, 3]

◊  Email Config [All reservation mail will come on this Id]

If you want any of online payment options like paypal, paysignet etc. then based upon payment option, Merchant Details will be required like:

» Paypal: - require paypal id [that would be email used for login to paypal account.

» Paysignet: - require merchant user name [Or Account Details]

» Ccavenue: - require ccavenue account id, etc.

NOTE: We can customize any of payment gateways based on requirement of client. In this case we will need that payment gateway details of the clients merchant account.

Once we have above information, we will setup every thing on your behalf and you can start taking reservation real time from your own website without paying any commissions. If you prefer, you can configure the property details by your own from the admin panel given to you.
