Guidelines and Recommendation for System Requirements

The system requirements are determined by a many factors such as, the size of the property, the volume of transactions, Numbers of terminals to use software, etc.

Please find the following guideline table with the different criteria used.

• Normal Setup with hotel 10-50 rooms and 2-3 computers
• Server Core2Duo (or equivalent) with 2 GB RAM
• Client Core2Duo with 1 GB RAM
• Operating System Windows XP or Vista or Windows 7 or Windows 8

• Hi End Setup with complex requirement
• Server Quad Processor (or equivalent) with 4 GB RAM
• Client Core2Duo with 2 GB RAM
• Operating System Windows XP or Vista or Windows 7 or Windows 8 or Windows Server 2003 (It will even work on Windows Server 2008)

• Optional Hardware
• Printer For printing Reports - Inkjet / Laserjet Color Printer
• Swipe Card Reader Any product with any of the below mentioned connection type - Serial base, Keyboard base, Scanshell 900, USB, WBT 2000 connection type
• Cash Drawers Any product with any of the below mentioned connection type - Printer Driven (RJ 12), Serial Base or OPOS
• Finger Print Reader Any product with any of the below mentioned connection type - USB or COM port
